Anastasia is a licensed CPA and an experienced accountant. She earned her Master of Accounting degree from the University of Kansas and she spent 10 years working at Big 4 accounting firms. Anastasia has experience in both preparing financial forms and preparing cost segregation studies.

Joseph is a Realtor as well as a licensed Professional Engineer. Joseph earned his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from UIUC and his MBA from the University of Kansas. Joseph is experienced working as a realtor for buyers and sellers, cost segregation studies, comparative market valuations (CMAs), and property management.
